Kevin De Bruyne and Romelu Lukaku fired Belgium into the World Cup quarter-finals as the Red Devils clinched victory in extra-time.
After the game finished 0-0 in normal time, former Chelsea man De Bruyne turned in the box to create an opening before firing the ball into the corner of the USA net to give Belgium the lead.
Substitute Romelu Lukaku doubled Marc Wilmots' side's advantage with an exquisite finish past his former Everton team-mate Tim Howard.

For a moment it looked as though this remarkable World Cup was about to provide us with perhaps its most astonishing moment yet.
With minutes to go in extra-time and the USA having climbed off the canvas to give Belgium the fright of their lives, Jurgen Klinsmann’s team worked one last opportunity to salvage something from an evening that had seen them outplayed.
Having worked a terrific short free-kick from the edge of the area, USA captain Clint Dempsey had the chance to take this game to penalties. Briefly, the most unlikely comeback of all comebacks was on the cards.
As the Arena Fonte Nova held its breath, Dempsey side-footed the ball firmly towards goal. Belgium goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois, though, spread himself quickly and effectively to save. In an instant, we had been spared another heart-attack moment.
