‘Game of Thrones’ season 4, episode 10: Endings are promised in preview and stills

The end is nigh in more ways than one in the preview and stills for Game of Thrones season 4, episode 10.
Let’s not mince words: Ye olde poop shall hit ye older fan when Game of Thrones season 4, episode 10 airs on Sunday night. The season finale episode, titled “The Children,” will run a whopping 66 minutes long, and promises to end more than one plotline with a serious bang.
In addition to displaying the vast number of characters needing resolution in the finale, the preview for “The Children” reminds us of a few things we may have forgotten existed.
You know, like Bran and the Reeds, Mance Rayder, and Daenery’s dragons.
The preview spreads its focus across several characters, offering cryptic updates on Bran’s journey to find the Three-Eyed Raven, the perpetually enraged Lannister siblings, and a new challenge for Arya and the Hound. It is also evident that the battle for the Wall is far from over, and that Dany may face further difficult developments in Mereen.
And also, as mentioned: Dragons.
The promotional stills for Game of Thrones season 4, episode 10, courtesy of Winter Is Coming, compose an appropriately gloomy palate. In addition to Dany’s troubles, it certainly looks like change is coming for two of the surviving Stark children.
